- If the buyer is unavailable, the item may be returned to the seller and marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
- Re-shipping of RTO items may attract additional delivery charges.

- Be available to receive the delivery or authorize a trusted person to collect the order.
- Inspect the package at the time of delivery and refuse acceptance if the package is visibly damaged or tampered with.

- Use only bharatsey-approved logistics partners unless otherwise specified.
- Pack products securely to avoid damage during transit.
- Share accurate weight and dimension information to avoid incorrect shipping charges.

Status updates will be sent via email/SMS at each stage: order placed, dispatched, out for delivery, and delivered.
