- Buyers must raise a refund request from their bharatsey.com account under “My Orders” within 7 days of delivery.
- Upload photos/videos as proof in case of damage, defect, or incorrect item. Clearly mention the reason for the refund request.
Step 2: Review by Seller
- The seller will be notified and must respond within 3 business days. The seller may approve, reject, or request more information.
Step 3: Product Pickup (if applicable)
- If the seller/seller’s logistics partner approves a return, the item will be picked up within 3–5 business days.
- The product must be returned in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories.
Step 4: Refund Processing
- Once the product is received and quality-checked, the refund will be initiated within 2–5 business days.
- In case the seller does not respond within the review window, bharatsey.com reserves the right to process the refund based on the submitted evidence.

- Our decision, based on evidence and platform policies, will be considered final and binding.
7. Fraudulent or Abusive Claims
bharatsey.com maintains the right to refuse refunds for:
- Repeated false claims by a buyer.
- Intentional damage or product switching.
- Any misuse of the refund/return system.
- Such actions may result in suspension of the buyer’s account.
