Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
  • Product Not Received: The product was not delivered within the promised timeframe.
  • Wrong Product Delivered: The item delivered does not match the item ordered (wrong size, model, color, etc.).
  • Defective or Damaged Product: The item is broken, damaged, or not functioning as described.
  • Product Quality Not as Described: The product significantly differs from the description/images provided by the seller.
  • Order Canceled: The buyer cancels the order as per the Cancellation Policy and the order has not yet been shipped.
Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:
  • The product is damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
  • Product returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories
  • Product returned after the applicable return/refund window.
  • Certain non-returnable categories (e.g., perishable goods, personal care items, made-to-order/customized products) are marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
  • The buyer simply changes their mind after the item is shipped/delivered, unless returnable under specific categories.

3. Refund Process

Step 1: Initiate Refund Request
  • Buyers must raise a refund request from their bharatsey.com account under “My Orders” within 7 days of delivery.
  • Upload photos/videos as proof in case of damage, defect, or incorrect item. Clearly mention the reason for the refund request.
Step 2: Review by Seller
  • The seller will be notified and must respond within 3 business days. The seller may approve, reject, or request more information.
Step 3: Product Pickup (if applicable)
  • If the seller/seller’s logistics partner approves a return, the item will be picked up within 3–5 business days.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories.
Step 4: Refund Processing
  • Once the product is received and quality-checked, the refund will be initiated within 2–5 business days.
  • In case the seller does not respond within the review window, bharatsey.com reserves the right to process the refund based on the submitted evidence.

5. Seller Obligations

  • Sellers must cooperate with buyers and platform support to resolve refund-related issues.
  • Consistently poor refund behavior may result in penalties, delisting, or account suspension.
  • Sellers must adhere to the return and refund timelines to maintain a good seller rating.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of disputes or disagreements between buyer and seller regarding the refund, bharatsey.com may step in to mediate.
  • Our decision, based on evidence and platform policies, will be considered final and binding.

7. Fraudulent or Abusive Claims

bharatsey.com maintains the right to refuse refunds for:
  • Repeated false claims by a buyer.
  • Intentional damage or product switching.
  • Any misuse of the refund/return system.
  • Such actions may result in suspension of the buyer’s account.
