At bharatsey.com, we strive to maintain transparent, competitive, and fair pricing for all users on our platform. This Pricing Policy outlines how prices are determined, displayed, and structured — including commission rates based on product categories.
Product prices on bharatsey.com are set by individual sellers and must be inclusive of all applicable taxes. We support dynamic pricing, promotional offers, and seasonal campaigns while ensuring compliance with consumer laws in India.
Sellers on bharatsey.com are charged a commission fee based on the category of the products sold. Below is our standard fee structure (exclusive of GST):
We have a flat commission rate of 4% across all product category. (Except Books for which there is no commission charged by the platform)
3. Additional Fees (If Applicable)
Payment Gateway Fee – On actuals as per the payment gateway fees
Listing Fee – Zero listing fees
Shipping Fee – (Fulfilled by bharatsey) | Based on item weight, location | Dynamic (calculated at checkout)
Return Handling Fee – On customer returns initiated due to product concerns will be 2% of product value or 25 INR (whichever is lower)
4. Pricing Display
Product pages will show the Selling Price, Original Price (MRP), and Discount % if applicable.
Prices are shown in INR and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
5. Promotional Campaigns
Sellers may participate in site-wide sales, coupon campaigns, or category-specific promotions.
Temporary commission adjustments may apply during bharatsey campaigns.
6. Price Integrity & Compliance
Sellers must not engage in price inflation followed by artificial discounting. bharatsey.com reserves the right to delist or penalize listings that misrepresent MRP or use misleading pricing tactics.
7. Currency
All prices and transactions are conducted in Indian Rupees (INR) only.
8. Errors in Pricing
In case of errors or incorrect price listings due to technical glitches or manual mistakes, bharatsey.com reserves the right to cancel affected orders with full refunds.
